4. MANNER OF FILING COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/p>\nPursuant to the regulations in Art. 10 of Consumer Protection Act (NN number 19\/2022), we inform the Consumers that any objection to the quality of our services can be delivered in following manner:<\/p>\n

KA\u0160TIL SLANICA shall acknowledge the receipt of the submitted complaint in written without delay.<\/p>\n
Based on the Consumer Protection Act, KA\u0160TIL SLANICA commit to respond to your complaint in writing no later than fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your letter to the address you specify therein.<\/p>\n
When submitting a complaint, the Consumer agrees to provide KA\u0160TIL SLANICA with their name, surname and address in order to respond in writing to the submitted complaint.<\/p>\n
5. RESERVATIN AND CANCELLATION TERMS <\/strong><\/p>\nIf the Customer wishes to cancel the service following the confirmation therefore they have to notify KA\u0160TIL SLANICA of their decision in writing (via e-mail or SMS\/Viber\/WhatsApp).<\/p>\n
In case service is deemed confirmed following the payment of the amount stated in KA\u0160TIL SLANICA\u2019s offer, cancellation terms shall be specified in the contract\/offer.<\/p>\n
In the event of force majeure (riots, wars, strikes, terrorism, risks to human health, weather conditions and\/or natural disasters, interventions by competent authorities etc.), KA\u0160TIL SLANICA shall offer to the Customer an alternative date of service. If the Customer declines the proposed alternative date of service, in case of extraordinary events which could not have been predicted at the moment of the service purchase, KA\u0160TIL SLANICA shall refund to the Customer all payments in full and the service shall be cancelled. Other than the refund of funds paid, the Customer shall have no other claims against KA\u0160TIL SLANICA. KA\u0160TIL SLANICA shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the Customer as a result of the purchase of the service.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
