The Guest /Customer shall disclose their personal data voluntarily. Personal data disclosure is required for the performance of requested services and is to be used for future mutual communication (e.g. offer, reservation, questionnaires etc.).
KAŠTIL SLANICA undertakes to disclose the Customer’s personal data only to partners participating in the performance of the agreed services (and not to export or forward the personal data to third parties.
KAŠTIL SLANICA uses databases to store the personal data of theGuest/Customer in accordance with the decision on the manner of collecting, processing and storing of personal data adopted by the management of the KAŠTIL SLANICA .
KAŠTIL SLANICA reserves the right to use the personal data of the Guest /Customer for marketing purposes (e.g. sending notifications, etc.). The Guest / Customer can “unsubscribe” at any time by by sending ˝unsubscribe˝ request to email@example.com.
A complaint pertaining to the personal data processing for marketing purposes shall have no effect on negotiating and/or performing of requested services.
4. MANNER OF FILING COMPLAINTS
Pursuant to the regulations in Art. 10 of Consumer Protection Act( NN number 19/2022), we inform the Consumers that any objection to the quality of our services can be delivered in following manner:

KAŠTIL SLANICA shall acknowledge the receipt of the submitted complaint in written without delay.
Based on the Consumer Protection Act, KAŠTIL SLANICA commit to respond to your complaint in writing no later than fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your letter to the address you specify therein.
When submitting a complaint, the Consumer agrees to provide KAŠTIL SLANICA with their name, surname and address in order to respond in writing to the submitted complaint.
5. RESERVATIN AND CANCELLATION TERMS
If the Customer wishes to cancel the service following the confirmation therefore they have to notify KAŠTIL SLANICA of their decision in writing ( via e-mail or SMS/Viber/WhatsApp).
In case service is deemed confirmed following the payment of the amount stated in KAŠTIL SLANICA’s offer, cancellation terms shall be specified in the contract/offer.
In the event of force majeure (riots, wars, strikes, terrorism, risks to human health, weather conditions and/or natural disasters, interventions by competent authorities etc.), KAŠTIL SLANICA shall offer to the Customer an alternative date of service. If the Customer declines the proposed alternative date of service, in case of extraordinary events which could not have been predicted at the moment of the service purchase, KAŠTIL SLANICA shall refund to the Customer all payments in full and the service shall be cancelled. Other than the refund of funds paid, the Customer shall have no other claims against KAŠTIL SLANICA. KAŠTIL SLANICA shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the Customer as a result of the purchase of the service.
